How much delivery is included in the price of your doors?

No one likes being hit with extra delivery charges when they go to pay, so all of our prices include delivery within 5 working days to anywhere on the UK mainland.

The amount included for each particular set depends on the number of doors included in the product:

  • 1 door: £54
  • 2 doors: £60
  • 3 doors: £66
  • 4 doors: £72
  • 5 doors: £78
  • 6 doors: £84

Please note that these amounts all include VAT.

If you choose to return an item, these delivery costs will be deducted from your refund, along with the collection charges made to us by the courier.

Do you offer international shipping?
Although our standard delivery only covers mainland UK, we can deliver to a mainland port or forwarding agent for you to arrange your own onward shipping. Drop our team an email at info@aspire-doors.co.uk to discuss your requirements.
What is a U-Value?
A U-value measures heat loss, and is expressed in W/m²K. The higher the U-value, the more heat is lost through the unit; the lower the U-value, the more is retained. UK building regulations demand a benchmark performance of 1.8W/m²K to which all of our products comply, with some actually exceeding requirements to provide even greater insulation for your home.
How long will the finish on a fully finished product last before requiring a new coat?
Our factory applied finishes will last around 2 years before needing further treatment. This is a considerable amount of time for an external finish. This is of course subject to environmental conditions, such as how much sun the door set is exposed to. If, for instance, the set is south facing, it might need a new coat sooner than the same product installed in a north facing location.

How should I finish an unfinished product?
While we do not recommend particular brands or products to treat your doors, there are specific types of finish that are far superior to the others. To qualify for the stated guarantee of your product, you must fully finish all timber components before any installation using a high build paint or stain suitable, depending on your product, for external or internal joinery. This will not only provide a long lasting finish, but also the best possible protection for your doors. Varnishes, oils and waxes do not adequately prevent potential damage from sun exposure or water ingress, and use of these will invalidate any product guarantee. Please contact us directly if you require further advice on finishing your product.
Do your doors come with any guarantees?
Yes they do, and they vary depending on the product. Each item’s specific guarantee is displayed within its list of features on the product page.
What are your terms and conditions?

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept transactions from PayPal accounts and all major credit and debit cards via our Stripe and PayPay secure payment gateways.
What is CE compliance?
A CE marking signifies that an item meets EU health and safety standards. It proves that the goods satisfy the legal requirements for them to be sold within the EU. All of our products are CE compliant.
